For over 40 years Meander Handling Service have provided Aviation services to some of the worlds major Charter, Scheduled & Cargo airlines.

It would be impractical and expensive for an airline to have an employee at each airport they operate to, Meander Handling are here to ensure the airline remains in control and have a managerial presence overseas.

Services offered include:  

    • Liaison with the local authorities and third party contractors.
    • Carrier representation
    • Check-in preparation, coordination & supervision
    • Catering supervision and coordination
    • Supervision of all ramp activities ensuring quality, safety, security & punctuality.
    • Dispatch of operational messages
    • Filing and monitoring flight plans, CTOT’s, Slot coordination, Traffic rights with local authorities & handling agents.
    • Crew admin.
    • Obtaining Landing & Parking permits. PPR
    • Representation and coordination during delays, cancellations or diversions on behalf of the carrier (Passenger & Crew)
    • Handling of Crew and Passenger welfare as a result of delays, cancellations, diversions and overbookings as per EC 261/2004
    • Accurate and frequent flight information for passengers and tour operators
    • 24 hour operational support complementing the carrier’s main OCC.
    • Administration, Statistics & Payment Services including Full accounts support for any expenses.
    • Contract negotiations on behalf of client
    • Fuel Purchase Scheme
    • Emergency Site Coordination (LECC), Airline representation & passenger assistance service during emergency situations.
